後藤　海

1987年うまれ

ひとつひとつ繊細につくりだされる「破片」を通して、分裂・再集積する人々や物事のうつりかわりを表現する “fragment.” シリーズを中心に制作。その表現方法は絵画・立体・インスタレーション・メディアアートと自在に変化する。

Goto Kai was born in Yokohama, Japan, in 1987. She currently lives and works in Tokyo. She developed an interest in painting from an early age. Not being able to continue her education at an art college, she continues to refine her unique art style through freelance work. She focuses primarily on minimalistic abstract works.

Currently she’s concentrating on the “fragment” series. Making each “fragment” one by one they are combined to symbolize the ever-changing transition of people and things through division and reintegration.
